Guangdong Jiangmen Granky Magnetics Co.,Ltd (¡°Granky¡±) ,a subsidiary of Jiangmen City Power Metallurgy Factory Ltd, established in 1977, is the biggest magnetic material manufacturer in South China, specializes in manufacturing hard ferrite magnets, soft ferrite magnets, rubber magnets, NdFeB magnets, injection plastic magnets, iron and copper base p/m components etc. It is comprised of over ten plants with over 5000 employees, including 500 professional technicians. The output is up to 20000 tons annually, in 2004, Sales income reached $ 50 million, and international sales were $ 25.6 million. We are one of the ¡°Chinese 100 strongest electronics enterprises¡±.
Granky is the largest producer of hard ferrite motor arcs all over the country, occupies 60% of that of the same trade. We cooperated with Japan JFE Chemistry, a Japanese famous manufacturer for soft ferrite magnets, invested over $25 million to introduce Japanese advanced equipments and well-rounded experience of manufacture management for making soft ferrite core & ring magnets of world-class quality. Granky¡¯s products are exported to USA, Japan, Taiwan, Europe and Hong Kong etc and our customers include Samsung, Epson, Johnson Electric, Arnold Magnetic, Emerson, Lite-On Technology etc.
Granky has own independent R&D center, combining self-development and cooperation with Huazhong University of Science & Technology in scientific research, launching R&D of new material, new technics and new product. Granky adopts material and product standard of TDK in order to keep the consistency and interchangeable of the products. We have passed the certification of ISO9002, QS2000 quality system and SGS.
